Reggae which is  a mixture of Ska, Calypso, Rhythm and Blues evolve over the years and widely dominated by Rastafarian ideals. A Reggae artist Abdul Sillah a.k.a Abdul Salessie who spoke from Finland, told our  correspondence Tha Great Dupont said that his father is from Gambia but he was given birth to in Sierra Leone.. He presently lives in Finland where he ply his music. in his own words he said:   I am living in Finland at the moment. I choose to be a musician because I have a lot of advice to Jah people of the world, especially youths of today and the leaders of the world so through Reggae music many people will be able to listen to my message. I am a man who really love people. When the war break in Sierra Leone, I went to Gambia. It was in Gambia that I wrote most of my songs. I started in Sierra Leone before moving to Gambia.
