Ishaku S. Jilemsam, born 28/10/68 to Samuel and Suzan Jilemsam of Jilem, Chakfem District, Mangu LGA, Plateau State, Nigeria. He attended LGED Primary School, Chakfem (1976-1981, FSLC), Nakam Memorial School, Panyam (1981-1986, WASC), College of Education, Akwanga (1988-1992, NCE), Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi (1995-1999, BTech), London Metropolitan University (2003-2004, MBA) and University of Aberdeen, Scotland (2008-2009, MSc).  He started his work experience as a physics/chemistry/integrated science teacher at Command Day Secondary School, Maitama, Abuja (1992-2003). Upon his return to Nigeria in 2009, he worked at Deltahan Nigeria Ltd, a thriving real estate firm where he rose to the position of Managing Director.
